💜 You’ll Never Walk Alone 💜

The SOCS Movement — Save Our Children from Suicide

We appreciate you!
Join us on a journey of giving — one pair of socks at a time — to represent love, compassion, and connection. Each pair is more than fabric; it’s a symbol of hope, healing, and togetherness that says, “You’ll never walk alone.” Order our Resource in a Box.

💜 What SOCS - Save Our Children from Suicide ...                Awareness to What Matters

S – Speak Life:
Use words that build up, encourage, and breathe hope into others. Our voices have power — the power to save lives.

O – Open Conversations:
Create safe spaces to talk honestly about pain, purpose, and healing. Silence isolates, but open dialogue connects hearts.

C – Community, Church, and Christ:
We are stronger together. Through community workshops, fellowship and faith, we find courage, compassion, and restoration in Christ.

S – Strengthen Your Village, Family, and Support:
When one struggles, we all rally together. Strengthening families, schools, and communities ensures no one faces life’s battles alone.

🧦 A Pair of Socks with Purpose

From schools and teams to churches and professionals, each group can wear their colors proudly — uniting across the nation in one mission: to bring awareness, love, and prevention through a simple, meaningful act of giving.

💜 Why It Matters

Suicide Prevention and Awareness

Every year, approximately 800,000 people around the world die by suicide — that’s one person every 40 seconds (World Health Organization, 2023). Suicide touches people of all ages, races, and backgrounds. The numbers in the United States are especially alarming:

  • Suicide is the 11th leading cause of death in the U.S.

  • Over 49,000 Americans died by suicide in 2023 — the highest number ever recorded by the CDC.

  • Among youth aged 10–24, suicide is the second leading cause of death.

  • Adults aged 45–64 and the elderly also show rising suicide rates due to isolation, grief, and mental health challenges.

The SOCS Program (Save Our Children from Suicide) stands at the intersection of compassion, community, and Christ-centered hope — bringing suicide awareness to life in a tangible, relatable way.

It’s more than a gesture — it’s a movement of connection, comfort, and care.
Each pair of socks represents warmth, grounding, and belonging, reminding every person that no one walks alone.

💜 Together, let’s Speak Life, Open Conversations, Build Community in Christ, and Strengthen our Villages — because through love, You’ll Never Walk Alone. 💜
