"These guys are a cut above"

Safe Place/Safe People, Inc., is a cut above the rest. This organization ran completely on private funds from the director for transient youth, grief stricken families to work through the cycle of grief, homeless, individuals and more.

The temporary housing resources started from the heart of a mother helping troubled youth in the 90's. Then behind the need for safety after the death of her two son's in a house explosion and her 8yr old son burned 65% of his body and her 14 yaer old daughter grief stricken... this single mother started a Biblical Based organization called, "Safe Place/Safe People, Inc. in Colorado."

The need for transitional housing resources was only the start of the process. To ensure that her horrific tradegy had a positive outcome, she incorporated a Christian foundation starting with scriptures, prayer and support services that commit to making sure the families or individuals does not feel alone. Based on that ideal, many services are offered to promote full and healthy lifestyles with healthy decision making skills.

The grief and educational safe-projectz included, Giving to two youth prison camps in Valencia CA and serving at an youth orphange in Warsaw New Mexico. With the assistance of some local churches we were able to send over 100 Books and Bibles to the prisons, include feeding over 100 people those two weekends.
